Set your GPS to 6979 Route 242 or 6979 Fish Hill Road, Ellicottville, NY 14731

Basic directions for regional visitors:

Pittsburgh:

I-79 North to I-90 East to Rt. 17 (I-86) East to 219 North (exit 21) into Ellicottville. Make a
left on Rte. 242 (Fish Hill Road) and proceed app. 1 mile (just past Holimont Ski Resort).
The driveway is on the left side of the road right next to the driveway entrance to The
Woods Condos.

Cleveland:

Take I-90 East to Rt. 17 (I-86) East to 219 North (exit 21) into Ellicottville. Make a
left on Rte. 242 (Fish Hill Road) and proceed app. 1 mile (just past Holimont Ski Resort).
The driveway is on the left side of the road right next to the driveway entrance to The
Woods Condos.

Canada:

QEW South to Buffalo and take I-190 South to I-90 West to Rte. 219 South into Ellicottville. Make a right turn on Rte 242/219 South and continue through town on Rte 242 ( do not make the left on 219 South) approximately 1 mile mile (just past Holimont Ski Resort). The driveway is on the left side of the road right next to the driveway entrance to The Woods Condos.

Buffalo:

Take Rte. 219 South into Ellicottville. Make a right turn on Rte 242/219 South and continue through town on Rte 242 ( do not make the left on 219 South) approximately 1 mile mile (just past Holimont Ski Resort).The driveway is on the left side of the road right next to the driveway entrance to The
Woods Condos.
