What we love about our house:
Our house is big enough for your whole family or friends to come down for the week and everyone will have their own room, plus with our spacious dining room, you all can sit down for a great dinner.
But, cozy enough for a family of four.
Beautiful 3 acres of grass, a pond, a heated gazebo, and a total of 8 acres of land!
Our place is super close to the Village of Ellicottville, ski resorts, and golf courses (approximately 2 miles).
Great for parties, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, family get-togethers (especially with kids), and big groups. Recently updated, this space gives you the coziness of home, but all the space your family or friends need. Plus you’ll love the hot tub in all four seasons. We also have a tankless water heater as well, no worries about cold showers here, and a whole home generator just in case.
Our fully stocked kitchen comes with a griddle, 2 toasters, a microwave, a food processor as well as a blender. Also a fabulous Kureig digital coffee maker. Brand new dishwasher installed in Oct 2019.
7 queen beds, a bunk bed and 4 sleeper sofas in 5 separate bedrooms and 2 family rooms will sleep any size party you may have. No worries about having 7 people in a room here, we can sleep 20 very comfortably. Beautiful wood-burning fireplace in the family room.

We have a propane grill on site as well.
