The Ellicottville Estates Sleeps up to 44 people as a whole. We are located on one acre of land at the base of the Holimont Ski Resort. The three buildings with four separate units can be rented separately or combined to accommodate your group’s needs. The total property can sleep up to 44 people in beds.

The property is great for groups of 8,12,16, 20, 28, 36 or 44. The property can be split up in any combination. Why rent a bunch of hotel rooms when can rent one property for a much better vacation experience. The Ellicottville Estates is a great year round property located in Ellicottvile, New York. Two of the regions top ski resorts; Holimont ( located adjacent to the estates) and Holiday Valley ( 5 minute car ride) are both located in Ellicottville, a town famous for its famous winter activities including great skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowtubing and snowmobiling. In the summer, you can enjoy golf tennis, hiking, and challenging mountain biking. The Holiday Valley Ski Resort has recently added the new Sky High Adventure Park, new outdoor pools and a waterslide. Ellicottville also hosts over ten great festivals throughout the year.
